During my stay, the temperature in our room was unmanageable. It was set to a comfortable 68 degrees, yet it reached 80 by the time we returned. I couldn’t get any restful sleep and was forced to leave in the middle of the night after several failed attempts to adjust the thermostat.

Additionally, the elevators seemed unreliable—one was out of service during my stay, which caused some delays. The location, while central, had many homeless individuals around which was unsettling for my family.
